We bought our 3 bedroomed Cottage from the Lomond Group back in November 2019 off plan. After we gave notice of our interest in the cottage we were invited into their HQ to meet the team, examine the architect’s plans in detail, the specifications of the build, the internal specification and the additional options available to us.
Right from the start there was a warm feel about the Lomond Group, they are professional, friendly, accommodating and have a transparency that I particularly liked. I have bought a few new build houses and just knew instinctively this was going to be my most rewarding experience.
Corrina and the team convinced me that they were indeed a family focused business who have an obvious pride in their customer care and the quality of their product. They told me they would build me an outstanding house and I am delighted to confirm that they did exactly that, we love it. Not just that, we actually enjoyed the process because Lomond ensured that we were part of it throughout. Their inclusive nature, first class communications and gentle guidance was a joy to experience.
I am happy to say that, as builders, Lomond are the Rolls Royce in terms of build quality, efficiency, attention to detail, performance and of course that added luxury. (02.02.2021)
