Our design and build specialists service gives our clients the opportunity to create their dream home from concept all the way to move-in day.

With our exclusively director-led approach, our clients will build relationships with our design & build specialists (architect and joinery team) to become an integral part of the construction of their new home.
Our clients can choose from a number of strategic plots in favourable postcodes and collaborate with our design team to discuss requirements, set budgets and timeframes and create a fully bespoke brief for their new home.
Once we establish a brief together, our in-house joinery team will realise our shared vision and build the home to our clients’ exacting specifications – ensuring that our clients are part of the journey every step of the way. From kitchen and bathroom design to internal finishes and materials – our clients enjoy the pleasure of choice.
We currently have a number of exclusive design and build opportunities to suit a range of budgets across Fife, Perth & Kinross region.

Let's Meet

Lomond Group will meet with the customer, on-site, at the desired plot.

Timber Frame Workshop

Lomond Group will invite the customer to view the Timber Frame Workshop.

Meet the Architect

Lomond Group will introduce the customer to our architect where preferences and options can be discussed.

Drawings

Lomond Group will work with architects to supply the customer with visual drawings of the home.

Kitchen and Bathrooms

An introduction will be made to our Kitchen Designer who will work with you to create the perfect Kitchen. An extensive range of Germans Kitchens and Swiss/German Bathroom ware, complemented by Porcelanosa tiles are available for you to make your own selections.

Adamson Doors

Lomond Group will meet with the customer at Adamson Doors, located here at Lomond Business Park. Customers can view a wide range of internal and external doors.

Prepare for your build

Lomond Group will continue to communicate with the customer ensuring all choices and preferences are firmly in place prior to the build commencing.

Home Sweet Home

Prepare for your move while the construction is fully underway. The property will be handed over on the agreed date where you will be met with your Sales Advisor.
